OmnipotentA Poem by Bill O. WritesDo you realize? I am but a figment of your fragile little imagination. To prove me wrong would be to kill yourself. Make me up. I’m thought of as a crossing guard. I’m only remembered at times when you need a hand to hold. Do you realize? I am but a figment of your imagination. Do you realize? I am To you I am here. I will show face only in times my brother Coincidence shows his. I am here to you, but I watch events unfold. The worst can happen, I’ll promise you it will. Here I will remain, a spectator. Do you realize? I am your imagination. I was created to keep order, balance and peace, yet I am a cause of war. I hold all power, yet show none of it. Why do you insist on placing your faith in me? Will I still stand after you are gone? Many books were written of me, yet many revisions have been made. Which do you follow? Do you deny the others? Why am I the one asking questions right now? Do you realize? I am To seek answers from me is to seek them from yourself. The loop is never-ending. You look for me, but you will never find me. You have a slight case of schizophrenia. I am merely a product of it. Reading this is simply talking to yourself. Do you realize? I am YOU © 2014 Bill O. WritesAuthor's Note
