If you want to just want to end everything, write it down. And I mean everything, the good and the bad. Anything and everything that pops to mind, write it down. Even words or names people have called you, like stupid or fat or something, and just write it down. When you can't think of anything else to write down, read it aloud. Decipher good from bad. Then, start writing. Make a poem. Make a story. Make a book. Make a song. Make a screenplay. Make something. Whatever works for you. When you finish it, you will feel better, I promise. If you don't want to write, put the energy and words to other use. Make somebody smile. Do something. Accomplish something, even something as small as putting the laundry away or cleaning your room. You may still be sad, but this does help.

Anyway ... yeah, me too've experienced this thing in my life many times n believe me it really does work! So, here's a note for people ..

This kinda reminds me of an assignment I had to do for my class...but instead of writing a story it was just listing negative thoughts down and changing them into positive thoughts and reading it over and over everyday. It was to help people change their thought processes so they wouldn't keep putting themselves down and such. I think the writing activity you mentioned would be good for writers, and I also agree that if people don't enjoy writing as much they can change it into actions like helping someone or making them smile like you said. I think the assignment I did though would work for any one for the most part, those that love writing and those that do not because it's just writing down your thoughts and changing them into something that would encourage you or others. It's a good way of letting things out and not bottling stuff up all the time. Anyway thanks for sharing this, a lot of people have hard times dealing with things and this can help them get new light on the situation they are dealing with.
