There Is Never Such Thing As Goodbye

This is the most important thing I learned from my English teacher in 9th grade...

There is no such thing as goodbye.

To friends and family,

goodbye means we will see them again.

On the phone,

we know our phones will ring again.

To one parting this world to another,

we know we will see him/her in another world, or lifetime.

In that case,

With a hand on their shoulder

Or none if too weak,

We say,

"I am glad to have met you"
