You left me
You hurt me

 

So, i wanted to say this, but...

I wouldn't know where to begin
I couldn't explain where my heart has been

 

So i wanted you to know this, because you wern't around

 

Know that my eyes saw right through you
You spoke to me without a sound

 

I wanted you to protect me
from all of the things youve already endured

 

I wanted you to show me

 everything this life had instore

 

But you left me

You hurt me

 

So, i wanted to say this...

I REALLY like this, at first I thought it was just another break-up poem -a good one, but one none the less- and as i got to the end and read the last line my mind was blown. I was SWEPT with emotion. Very good read.
