As free as the sky

and the sun washing over the edge of the brilliant tide


we move as water moves
joined together
stayed by what is, pulled by what will be
we glide


your body pressed against mine

glistening

on the passion that flows within us

we drift as one


one wave

one heartbeat

one desire



until the days last breath sails

over the seas soft rim

and we fall



as free as the sky

and the sun washing over the brilliant tide
