A Land of Dreams

A poem based on a fantasy world..Full of dragons and fey..A world of magick

Here is a tale of a land...where dragons battle legions of man...
A world of knights, wizards and kings...where sages tell tales of magickal things...
A land of enchantment and mystical light...where evil is fought with a warrior's might..
Where demons succumb to a maiden's sweet kiss..
Where serpents  speak words with a soft whispered hiss...
A land of the fey, a land to behold...a land of heros both ancient and bold...
I dare you to go...seek this world of peace...fly upon wings of magickal beasts..
Venture there with joy in your heart...take it from me...ye shall never wish to depart..
This land is called dreamland...it seeks you at night...when all the world is sleeping..
With their eyes closed tight...offer no struggle...dare not to fight...this journey begins with a winged flight.

Wow I really liked this one too! Dreams can offer
so many things. I have a poem that is kind of like this
one called "Angels on Earth" you have read it but
in my poem I wrote........

"So tonight as you take flight, make
Sure to open your ears, you will
Never know what sight you might see.
Or the angels you might hear."

Kind of a dream thing we have going on......smiles
