Torn between this endless hell, 

A forbidden love and the angels have fell. 

Tears in the eyes of a saddened girl,

Losing her mind and, slowly, her world.

Never before had a doubt crossed her mind,

As a new heart is welcomed she slips into time. 

He tempts her with his undying smile,

Beautiful eyes luring her in,

He doesn't know what power his words hold,

Her darker side will win. 

Her pledge to another keeps her at bay,

This battle grows worse with every new day.

She's slipping from her promise,

she's winding into a pain she never knew,

These chains of faith and blood hold her back,

Her heart is breaking, not knowing what to do. 

She wants to be free and end it all,

A sweet escape to break her never ending fall. 

But a coward inside, she must keep up this pain,

Slowly she's losing what little there was to gain.

Quite angsty. Is angsty a word? It told a good story and was able to keep a good rhyming scheme at the same time. I enjoyed it =)
