On stage.

                   It’s nowhere near being about the wage

                          I just have to perform on stage,

                      Let my imagination off the cage,

      Prevent the accumulation of my thoughts into a storm sage

             That way I’ll prevent the damage I can’t manage

                 I hope diction will suffice the mortgage

                        Otherwise with my life, I pledge

I think the only thing about this I didn't like is pledge doesn't fit the rhyme scheme you had going but its a good short little poem :)

Interesting, Is english your first language? I have noticed here that non-native English speakers have a novel way of putting together words that make reading very interesting, like in " It’s nowhere near being about the wage" and " Prevent the accumulation of my thoughts into a storm sage"
