the thin crust of the paper turns...
the ink dries, yet the words remain unchanged

time suffocating the breathing...
the lies rewind, but in thought they will burn down

melancholy saddled the loss..
volume of revelation, and truth appears in transparency

to wake from this vagueness
to feel the shell of what should have been
to know how shallow the sound feels
and to taste new horizons

to believe in tomorrow
to amend the yesterday
to recover within self
and to embrace the wind
