Haiku to the Central Board of Secondary Education

Tomorrow is my second language examination, and I'm here writing a haiku for a rant instead of studying (which I really should be doing, considering I've 17 chapters left to cover).

I am the stalwart

of a system I despise

it shan't ever change

To break down this wall

To challenge this system is

but indiscipline

So I wake each day

I yield to my government

I look for an end

Author's Note

First attempt at a haiku, inspired by some other writers on this forum! Although my approach was more of a humorous lament (for tomorrow is a day I dread), the reality is that in my nation, many, many students take their own lives due to the failing of an examination.
