You are BeautyA Poem by Md. Ziaul HaqueI won’t say that you are beautiful, Because it shall show my disrespect, If I do so truly, it’s a fact, I won’t say that I don’t miss you, it’s not cool.
I won’t call you a rose, Since you are more than that, And the prosaic smoothness of the silk will scat, Sensing your softness that God for you especially chose.
I keep Keats’ notion in mind, my cutie, You are not beautiful, you are beauty. © 2014 Md. Ziaul HaqueFeatured Review
