"Buried Alive"A Poem by Zoe Anne"Buried Alive"
While you sleep under the luminescence, I awake in darkness. While you are breathing, I am dying. While you smell fresh red roses, I smell rotting corpses. While I was still developing, You were scheming. While I was innocent, You were forcing me to be bent. While I was trying to save, You were digging me a grave. While I heard you say it was my fault, You locked me in a vault. While you enjoy a sunny day, I think of how much you will pay. While you dream, I scheme. Written by Zoe Anne © 2010 Zoe Anne |
