Not an easy subject to attempt. Rape is abhorrent, the fact that it is legal still in some parts of the world is sickening beyond belief. So many questions to ponder on. How the hell can you have any respect for a man who rapes you within a marriage? The damage would be permanent. It's good that poets can tackle matters such as these. A powerful piece to contemplate.

I've never understood the mentality of a man forcing himself on a woman. Any woman. It's just so wrong and there are so many lovely, lonely,willing ladies out there. If your wife doesn't want you, divorce her and find one that will, that'd be my advice. I sure wouldn't bother wanting anybody that didn't want me back.
