If it had not been written

Can you listen while penning? Are you dizzy, trapped spinning? Fleeting thoughts often pop, to never be heard again. I wonder though, what of the ones that repeat to no end? Mine used to be negative, but now they bloom! In colors so bright, it fills a whole room. I enjoyed this read! How do you choose what needs to be written, and what stays in the ether?

I do not know how I do that. It just comes in my mind to take the phone and write it down and that is what I do.
