She Is Love

I know I've been driving everyone up the wall with this spate of love poems. Please bear with me :)

 

She Is Love

She's the song that plays when hope is sleeping;

She's the sound of life when love is dreaming.

She's the light of stars when the sun is leaving,

The work of God I would die believing.

 

She's a sign of life when death is dying,

She's a sigh of joy when life is crying

She's a breath of warmth when winter's seeping,

She's love, she's hope; she's health and healing

 

She's the sound of thunder when clouds are stealing,

She's the touch of rain when peace is fleeing;

She's the smell of victory when pain's receding

She's the antidote to my lonely being.

well....I angle it in my way. I must say I really do like it. the comparisons and analogues between her and the precious thing or soulless objects around was outstanding. esp "she is the sigh of joy when life is crying" very emotional and meaningful. I really like it and well done.
