True heartbreak #1

A poem I wrote about this guy I had feelings for that told me he just wanted to be friends. It hurt.

Nathan I longed to be more than your friend, I longed for a love without an end.

Love from a man so big and strong, love that lasts so very long.

But this love will never be 'cuz a little girl is all you see.

I know we never truly met, but you hurt me and that I can't forget.
