Death Valley

By Abby Lent

Death, Corpses, all in a pile. A feeling of sadness looms in the air. The feeling is strong, hard to bear. a shotgun hole, a slash down the chest, a knife in the head, a bullet to the back. The coldness of death creeps up my spine, I've never felt loved or cared for at all, I let the cold consume me. In the distance I see my imagenary friend, He's comeing closer within minutes he's here to take me in his arms. To love, to hold, I gave up my life, but it was worth it. He tells me he loves me and I say I love you too it echoes down the hall and we fade away in each others arms, slowly, slowly from head to tow now we're gone.
