It's a s**t poem and won't make much sense to anyone else... I love you Tom xx

We first meet in darkness,
but see eye to eye,
our hands and hearts are warmed,
by the bonfire nearby.

A drunken friend laughs,
she stumbles and falls,
I'm head over heels,
and she's falling off walls.

A hug in a car park,
a promise to text,
we flirt for hours a day,
our first date comes next.

We meet in the daylight,
you're more handsome than before,
you are a real gentleman,
you hold open all the doors.

I push limits straight away,
dragging you in the pool,
when you look me in the eyes,
I struggle to keep my cool.

Dressed in next to nothing,
you press up next to me,
we share our first kiss,
and I go so weak at the knees.

Your red hair shines with water,
your hugs are all I need,
but then you leave for an hour,
when your nose begins to bleed.

We decide to have a meal,
McDonalds is what we chose,
but it takes us over 2 hours,
to walk down that little road.

A few great weeks fly by us,
next thing we know it's Christmas time,
I hope you like your present,
I truely adore mine.

We see in the new year in style,
dressing up in a suit and dress,
I think it goes without saying,
this new year is the best.

We dance as the clock strikes,
to 'The Ghost of You',
we snuggle up in bed,
each moment feels so true.

Now we're looking forwards,
to concerts and memories,
I know that as long as you have my heart,
it'll be kept so safely.

 

I'm not so good with words,
but I guess what I'm trying to say,
is that we've been together 3 months,
and I love you more each day.
