Stream of thought

So enigmatic are somethings my dear

I guess you think it's all figured out 

Then you stop and wonder

in a state of uncertainty

~When I read your eyes, 

'twas just like I imagined 

There was a misty aura

The mystery dance~

I close my eyes and make a wish 

That these complexities you do accept 

Hold my hand only if you trust 

But will you comprehend these emotions?

Because it's in your nature to try

Ask the questions, answers elusive

A part of me still wonders

if these feelings you might understand

I'm here to do a return review, my friend, and Mystical Forest caught my eye.
It begins with 'uncertainty' as we all begin, I think.
The second stanza leads to more mystery and the author reveals they knew the way things would go.
The following two final stanzas, the author speaks the hope is undertanding
even though nature compels one to question.
I love this work and its points are clear. This is awesome, Daz!

To be honest, if a partner spoke to me like this. I would understand.. he is showing me...through his words and action; that he is being genuine and vulnerable. I would appreciate this honest and intimate moment, even if I don't fully comprehend the context. This declaration of genuine honesty is enough and I would absolutely take his hand. I hope that would be the outcome, if this is for a beloved... either way. This is beautiful to read.

Ah, but who understands the workings of a human heart? It's like trying to fix a Swiss watch with no instructions or knowledge of the working parts or their nomenclature. If we could only name the things that we feel, it might go a long way to expressing them. But...some things are bigger, brighter and better than mere words can suffice. So here's to putting the Humpty Dumpty jigsaw puzzle of our hearts back together after the fall. I enjoyed the read.
