Dear             ,

I want to be able to write your name all over

my notebook.

At the end of the year I want to write ‘I’ll miss you Robert!’ all over

your agenda,

but now as the year winds on I want to

hug you tight,

kiss your cheek,

look in your deep brown eyes

And know that I’m having a ton of fun with only

you.

 

I want to be able to tell you about my one curly hair

Without being embarrassed.

I want you to know that I sleep with a blanket; I love hats, I hate chairs

Without being embarrassed.

 

I hope my cat will like you if you ever come over,

Into my room,

Or even in my kitchen.

 

I want you to know that I think I am

I really liked this one- it perfectly captures that awkward moment when you're not sure if it's ok to say something to the person. I also like the fact that you included real details to make it tangible- I especially liked the line about your cat liking him. Very nice!
