How can you ever forget something so beautiful?

I wrote another poem today

with the things I'll never say

because you won't hear me anyway.

I sang another song

for what went wrong.

Why didn't we last long?

Five months passed

Nothing lasts

But it was...so...beautiful.

Summer love

You and me

But we lost...it...all.

Darling, oh, oh, oh.

So...beautiful.

I tried to laugh again

and counted from one to ten.

When will I see you, when?

I saw a falling star

and wished for you, wherever you are.

You've always been my fav'rite scar.

i supposed this is a moving on song..only that the poetic voice haven't moved on..yet... Or perhaps, moving on is not really about forgetting everything. Maybe forgetting the person but not the memories. Beautiful piece.
