Great metrica, flow and pathos, I really mean it, actually "great" is not enough, but I don't know a stronger word to use :(
A very good use of alliterations (you coMe aNd Make Me whole, for example) and anaphora (WHEN, WHEN, WHEN).
Very original, the idea of taking a chance at visual rhymes, I mean.
