for a special person

 

 

There’s a picture in my mind

Of what we might be

You and me together

Like in a dream, a fantasy

 

As clearly as today

I see the two of us

Hand in hand as we walk

Through the time and the distance

 

It is too early to tell

The love that we feel

What this feeling will bring

Whether it is real

 

Whatever may come to pass

Only time will reveal

If you are that someone special

The one my heart searches for.
