sometimes you just need to cry

I was shaking and near tears

I couldn't cry I wouldn't

I wasn't weak

I sat and let the darkness seize me

I could fell a knot in my throat

don't be weak

don't cry

I broke

I sat and let the salty tear roll down my cheeks

silent tears 

and after they stopped

I felt better

sometimes, you just need to cry

Beautifully expressed progression from "determined not to cry" to "bawling your eyes out." No need for punctuation, your avant-garde style works fine on a poem of this length. Sometimes the best poems are when you strip some simple human concept down to its simplest components & then trust your message. No need for fancy poetic devices, becuz your message is simple & true.

Sometimes! For me personally,i just need to write to feel better :)
And this is good.. i'd like to suggest one thing..If you don't mind use punctuations..
I know puntuations and all doesn't matter nor come when you go with the flow..
But just saying! ;) And it's just a suggestion.. ( you can take it or leave it) :)
