A Pair of HandsA Poem by Andrew JohnFreeverse
He places his hand right here,
below the one of someone else. That one hovers. He sits. Is this an intermission? Perhaps it will fall, slowly, gently; perhaps it will touch. The pause continues. It floats. He waits. The movie will proceed. That hand may continue to descend, make contact, so very gently. (23 Sep 2023) © 2023 Andrew JohnReviews
