We see so many poems about cats!

I see her kitten again.
Is he trying, or is he dying?
I think this is feline immunodeficiency?

Will she fall back in love with that husband
once that kitten is gone?
Folk with cats can be strange.
My friend is like that: very fond of cats.

He seems to have immunodeficiency.

The cat, not the husband.

Though he seems to be trying.

The husband, not the cat.

Will she fall back in love
with that man of hers,
once her kitten has gone?

Yes, she seems to be trying.
