Reflection

Is it stress or distressing diet
or is it dehydration?
Am I doing enough
to recreate myself each day?

Sometimes I close my eyes
and see what I do not wish to see.
Do I hear what I do not wish to hear?
Feel what I do not wish to feel?

It could have been a lack of sleep last night
or something creeping within my inner mind.
I’m told to visit my doctor, but I find him weird.
Or am I merely glancing into that mirror?

You could be looking in to that bathroom mirror and seeing your reflection, but maybe not. And yes Doctor’s can be weird too at times. They aren’t exempt. We all have our off days. Good morning Andrew. Have a great weekend. All the best.

Ah, reflections! I've looked at some of my past stuff and reflections seem to pop up. (Up and down are the same, but right and left are the other way around!)
