Falling Apart

Are you the one to blame

Or is it me?

 

Feel like its impossible

Running away from this

 

I wish that I could make it

But I cant

 

Feel like giving up

Hiding under the covers

 

Im falling apart

Tears wont run down my face

Im falling apart

I always thought that I was stronger

Im falling apart

But I swear to you

I wont let it go

I wont fall apart no more 

 

Im falling apart....

Wrote this in like 5 minutes. Was feeling a bit down.

I can relate to this. Really, my poem Always In the Rain was also written when I was feeling down. Poetry sure helps me when I need it, and it's always there for me.

And a very accomplished 5 minutes it was. this is a great poem. when you wrote "im falling apart...tears won't run down my face" it reminded me of times when everything is so painful and i just want to cry, but I just can't and i feel like i'm numb. kinda like your chest feels empty, as if theres nowhere to draw tears from. i like the last sentence.
