Unheard

She was a wave that swamped me, spun me & slammed me across.

In the vast ocean she was the one; dark & flawed.

Her untamed roar shrilled my spine.

With the force of her's, she crumpled down my shrine.

The poem is from the perspective of an one sided love, its about the turmoil of that person. How insecure, broken and scarred that love has left him and still what an impact that love holds on him.
