Lowlife Rhapsody

Lowlife Rhapsody

A Poem by Laz K.

I am poverty;

I am hunger.

I shuffle in the streets;

I mumble.

Here today;

Gone tomorrow,

The grief remains,

So does the sorrow.

Your eyes look away, but

Teach your heart to see, for

What I am…

You, one day, may be.
