The line "tickle the fear" reminds me of "The Book Thief" by Markus Zusak (excellent book, one of my all time favorites) that is narrated by Death. You only have four lines here but together they're very powerful and hauntingly so of gripping fear. I can totally see the image you've written. Great work!
