Chaotic Beauty.

Chaotic Beauty.

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

The fear of not writing

"

It scares me to think I write these things.

I feel at times a poetic standstill, ultimately hearing

My own words betray me,

Leaving on a Saturday when I know it's Sunday.

You get mixed up, fumble on the one yard line,

Always wonder how, when, where these damn

Words form such chaotic beauty.

I think I got goosebumps reading this. Again, a marvelous piece of work.

"I feel at times a poetic standstill, ultimately hearing

My own words betray me"

You put into words what I could not. That's some skill you've got there.

I, too, have that fear.. of losing my ability to write. I guess one day it will go, just as unexpectedly as it came.

Such a thought to ponder, Alfred!

My best,
Kellyd!

i like the oxymoron of "chaotic beauty"---and always fear that the words will stop coming one day...

that there will be no more writing..the ideas and words exhausted...
don't know what i would do without them...
i relate to this. very much so.
