Once a Snowman

Once I was a snowman

white & brave,

I felt the cold in unusual ways

my stillness was a blessing

my face was no lie

if you took any part of my body

i felt nothing in reply

Once i was a snowman

white & brave

awaiting another cold season

to manifest from a warm grave

i am of imagination

i am of snow & ice

a friendly chap who

always talk so nice

if you see a poem about me

thank al the man who writes

cause without his mind

i'd be out of sight.
