Home for All

Home for All

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

Home Sweet Home

"

Home for All

Among dead pines and leaves thrown to the wind
I have fallen with empathy for my land, my Earth.
If you see me on hillsides
or walking down a mountain's path
Listen to my breathing it is sweet in its last
Forgive my countenance among the dark Amber brush
I feel the sadness that home for all is not Earth.

Thanks FT! I'm afraid your opinion echoes through halls of power. Take care!

some disregard this planet and are apathetic to its woes...but it is a home for all...the only home we have, I am afraid and once it's destroyed we'll be living in bioshperes in space...

Sami,

I could cry a tear or two for this one.

I love entering a house with that sign on the wall where people appreciate their home and nature, too. We reflect what we love the most and take care of it with a labor of love...Excellent, maestro...:)....

Reflecting all the way to the sky and back again.

I keep wondering where all the trash goes!

some don't treat it as home....or maybe they do...carelessness heaped in a profusion of apathy.

glad to read that this one soul cares...
