Monday

Monday

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

poetic blahs

Monday

It's Monday wrapped around head and loins
You suffer from the causation of time
Footnotes reach pass the doorway of tomorrow
Here in the history of pen & ink
you write: no one is here except a sniveling silence
crowding an empty mind.

The juices are slow to come, pulp might be blocking my doorway. Still I watch the silent air move to places I know not of.

Thank you Benita!

Pictures always
inspire me when
writing
or getting some
air going on walks.

Loved this nicely penned.

God bless Benita

I'm dry since France, wondering whether I'll get that wet that ink likes best.

Thanks Jacob!

"rainy days and Mondays always get me down" (Carpenters)

yes, time stops...and then continues on Tuesday...

reminds me of steven wright...who says "Monday is an awful way to spend one seventh of your life"
