A Pillow of Dreams/ An Extension of Self

Dawn a kind of nocturnal dream in my heart

laying waste to yesterday.

Eyes open, breath seeping into the pupils,

You see everything and all at once the

head dives into a pillow of dreams.

Forgive my misunderstanding but are you here again?

Voices coalesce into galaxies in a waver

Finding yourself, finding others

so far from an extension of the self.

Yoga permits me to be there and not be there at the same time. I love the experience. Try as I may that reality evades normal consciousness. Although, at times, I feel like I'm right on the edge of it.

Thanks for the visit!

Regards,
Al

but is what we see real? or are we still in dreams?

i think often we want to stay in the dreams...better than real life...and that extension of self can be anything we want it to be.
