A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

truth can be harmful

"

A deleted line
Hush hush came after Sweet Charolette
In the vicinity of a dramatic overture
The words froze
Life spared
As we gayly walk in the trance of things.

I recall "It don't mean nothing" as an introduction to the Vietnam war. This was after I proclaimed myself fool and needed to grow up. OUCH!

Regards,
Al

sometimes better when the words freeze, and we don't say what we really want to say---it could be hurtful...and leave someone with a handful of roses, but no hand to hold them in..."hush hush Sweet Charlotte, he's love you till he dies"----

love this one...
