A Healthy Drunk

A Healthy Drunk

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

it came to me again on a vacant lot, air still, my wondering scratching my head.

"

A Healthy Drunk

Incoherent, mumbling to himself in stochastic inconsistencies,
A drip of bourbon calmly resting on his Save the Whale T shirt,
The drivel comes in your own silence,
Words come, first here, then there,
He follows there discovering the all of everything
Finally pen meets inkwell
A symphony guides his hand
Where he goes seems ancient, mystical, laced in genetics,
Kingdom of God, genius, philosophical tickles,
A rapture of inebriation meets his soul as he floats above clouds
and whispers carry him to bliss.

Thanks Ana!

I too like the inebriation found in my pen.

Regards,
Al

I really like this one. He sounds very mysterious, alluring.
