Rise & Shine

Rise & Shine

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

It's morning

"

Rise & Shine

On the kiss of morning
Soul seeks the affinity of life
Body muses on the morning lips
Everything draws on the moment
The lack of a sleep walk
keeps you attuned to the sunshine of your mind
Reverie, intuition, serendipity play your heart strings
As you wake to the music of your own being.

Thanks Tony!

No harm done! Let me sing you a tune filled with the ITunes muse!

Thanks Ken!

The reverie and I are old friends except it seems to keep a youthful appearance and refuses to reveal the secret.

Thanks Sami!

Waking to your words is akin to the sun rising in the living room. Where the hell are my sunglasses?

I love the thought of the soul awaking (dont be angry at this analogy Al - it's caused by my I.T. background) like a modem that's been offline and which has to register with the servers online at the start of a new day. Our thoughts load and our minds flash like the cursor on the screen.
Hey i turned you into a robot. Its not like that at all, it's alive and filled with the harmony of living.

Fluid and yet concise. I am struck with the feeling that these words come to us just like waking.
A true reverie indeed.

One of your best. Out of this world. You have outdone yourself...:)..............
