Epiphany Speak

Epiphany Speak

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

connections

"
Epiphany Speak
Epiphany speaks to a blossom in my eye
Mind turns to side, magic feels like awe,
I can hear my friend's silence calling me from afar
My head turns on a whisper it's a connection to a star
Our distanced negated by the stirrings of that star
What a way to find a moment when the day is so far away.

Thanks Jacob,

It was Ken, a Viet vet, who I connected to as when I first met him and we continue to this day.

and we all are under the same moon...just see distant lights closer than they appear when friendships are strong enough.

"My head turns on a whisper it's a connection to a star"

I love this line, a perpetual battle between instinct and advice.
