In the Beginning

In the Beginning

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

first human moment

"
In the Beginning
Words turned inward
Sounds that embrace echo's long standing ummmm.
The first human utterance.
Eyes in spectacular embrace of a new world.
The mind's freshness edging toward whole consciousness.
I gather from a hymn inside me
An arc of blessedness reaches inside us all
No longer hominid, no longer Homo Erectus,
I am human, behold, my arms reach a sky
that a story was finally told.

Wow! A big wonder indeed. I wonder how sounds like water, wind and storm play their minds.
Thanks Guy!

and it makes me wonder...try to imagine the "first poetic movement"
when, where and from whom...
