A Mile in the Quiet

I've gone a mile or so in my quiet
as the view of light & darkness
hover in an arc across the silences
An absence of start & finish follows my road
Shall I stop in any brief surprise
Look into a depth that quietude offers inside
Or keep moving on my way
feeling the quiet embracing my day?
