A do, a diddle, a d and a Hum

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

confused yet

"

A do, a diddle, a d and a hum

I wrestle with demons, I am a bum
My body’s here, my mind elsewhere
God only knows of diddle & hum.
Met me in a smile, wonder around my breath,
You may find me alive in my death.

I sit with small letters most of the day
The mister is misused so I leave it at bay
Like a Cummings poem I list myself thick
It is after all a little letters trick.

You use small letters but they denote how wonderful and creative you are. This was so fresh and unique that it is admirable in all senses.

Thank you SilverInk!

It’s a bit about who I am. At 68 and alone, except for a wonderful dog, I find myself small among everyone else in the world.
The poet e.e.cummings uses small letter to spell his name, thus I allied with him.

Regards,
Al

Really enjoyable to read, not quite sure what is was about, though. I guess it depends more on the reader though!
