Endure no more

Endure no more

A Poem by S. Allison (Ferrante) Sanderson

A beauty of a gem selfishly hidden away,
Neglected, abused and full of dismay,
Trying to break free with all of my might,
I no longer question if, but when I'll take flight,

There's bound to be someone out there who won't prove calious captor,
One who doesn't lay in wait like a starved velociraptor,
But one who cares for and honestly recirprocates,
One who feels wholly, restores hope, and reshapes fate,

One who will care for me, loving and true,
Not one judging, manipulating, who misconstrues,
A heart so pure, full of appreciation,
Never doubting my diehard dedication,

I yearn for a love so easy and pure,
One that comes naturally, not one to endure.
