Q & A

Q & A

A Poem by Aziz Luther

Q & A
I told her you are beautiful
She said let's focus on you
Why double twist and act like my therapist
I only complemented you didn't ask you to marry me?
Which I would and maybe later regret terribly
Coz love burns quick like candles added with a lil kerosene
But here we are, you in front of me fearless
And I feel your nearness I wanna grab ur rear end
But no, you are way too classy
You are right above me and I'm still looking ashy
I stop guessing and even try to mind read
That really do I think, where your love is
Can't get it, my telepathy won't get in
Maybe because I'm distracted and my eyes think u r the best thing
So I try first base hoping to make it on the home plate
But we just way different I'm a tortoise in a horse race
But as long as you entertain me I won't go away
Our talks always have an area of shady grey
Baby this is real and so is pain
If that's your fear, I promise not to coz you pain.
