Road kill!

Road kill!

A Poem by andrew mitchell
"

can't believe people eat road kill! A mad write! lol

"
As the crowds of heads
Of thoughts dispersed
By the two thought Police
Officers pushing and shoving.
The area of the crime scene
Was cordoned off,
By yellow tape.
At the scene they looked;
A hit and run
And a road kill
The thought missing.
"Who would eat a dead thought?" said one
"I don't know! Perish the thought!" said the other.
"It's definitely Road kill!"
" look at those thought marks!"
"Should we call the Bill!"
"No! We better call Wallander!"

My pleasure
Only you, dear Andrew, can turn every thought into humour! And to solve your crimes I recommend Chief Inspector Jacques Clouseau!

Thank you John and for the tip lol:)
a clever write...sometimes those thoughts we pass on the side of the road, decomposing, rise from the bed and get composed in resurrection.
