tears that fall

tears that fall

A Poem by andrew mitchell
"

fictional play

"
Heavy are the tears
That dangle
On heart strings, broken.

Below, the pool. collects.
Mirroring the reflection
Love, on heart cords pulled
Bleeding.

A heart now scarred
The river runs dry, tears.
Until the beats of one...... dies
No longer spoken.

Beautiful!

Yup has a Shakespearean feel to it indeed of loves labours lost in fact. Would make one minor change to eradicate the two tears (no pun intended), thus the first line might read 'Heavy are the sorrows'?
