The rug!

The rug!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

The rug
He who seeks the truth
Standstill.
For when the rug
Is pulled.
From under your feet
Your fall will
Reveal the hidden truths.
Just as the wool
Removed from your eyes
Clouds swept
You see clearly now.
