A Poem by andrew mitchell

Impressive!
On the wings of
A butterfly splattered, canvas.
The poetic flow stuttered, mad.
Of words that rhymes
Now artistic art crimes
Lies Salador Dali's creative mind.
Fascinated was the third dimension
The fourth dimension  sought, death
After-life, the other side.
In the world of the surreal, clouds.
Stereoscopic he flaunts,profound
Holographic  his thoughts
Cascading surrounds.
Evolving collectives
From the inner perspectives
Distorted symmetry lies;
The eccentric mind.
As the daffodils came
Come what may
Drawings all in disarray
He sieved through the colours, rainbow
Pulling on the strings, crossbow
Fired into the apple's eye
The lover of apples cried.
Distorted visions his decisions
Salador Dali quoted:
I don't do drugs. I am drugs.

art is all about perspective of the creator and the viewer...sometimes they match...sometimes they don't... an impressive look at poets and painters :)
