In the back!

In the back!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

In the back!
Never a true word
Spoken they said.
So the story goes.
Then, I found myself
Buried under lies.
Rumour has it
The truth is out there.
I joined their club
You scratch their backs
They'll scratch yours.
I was stripped back
Until I was no-more.
They found the truth
I saw their lies.
